As part of the Student Thriving Complex, this net-zero, LEED Platinum-certified, new building was delivered in November 2025. This project reimagines the campus’s back-of-house area to become the new gathering space for athletics events and student wellbeing. Branding was the core of this athletics project, from paint colors to furniture design to creating a full flythrough rendering of the entire project, I saw the project through from planning to completion. I coordinated FF+E procurement with the stakeholders, and consulted as the in-house interior designer for the design decisions that had to be made on materiality, construction details, power/data coordinations, security, and environmental graphics.
